Six years ago, at the start of COVID, I was in stroke category.
Blood pressure so high my doctor told me I’d be on medication for life.
Maybe multiple medications.

That was supposed to be the end of the story.
It wasn’t.
I refused.
Not because I’m special.

I built systems so I wouldn’t fall apart when life got chaotic.

Today, I’m nearly three years medication-free.
Not managing.
Eliminated.
