30 Day Challenge- Moving from Dad Bod to Healthy Body Day 2

Temptation always comes in a form you truly desire.

As I join a friend for lunch at a wonderful Middle Eastern dinner, I must resist all the wonderful warm pita bread, baklava and french fries dipped in olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkled with feta and cilantro.

I am on day five of carb free and must remember swimsuit season is just around the corner.

Many younguns love to lust after a DILTF.

Will my new health commitment move me towards this hallowed space and cause the internet to break or has that ship undeniably sailed?

I was told many years ago that I was too fem and broke to be anybody’s daddy.

Of course, I always found the idea of having “daddy” in the bedroom a bit incestuous but it could just be me.

Tomorrow and Sunday are yoga days. Next week, I seek out Salsa dancing and swimming.

I feel better than I have in years and am gleefully looking forward to all the hotness I can muster.

While I am doing this for health reasons and as trainer once told me “to age like a fine wine, I’m also curious as to how much I can transform my body and the way that myself and others view it.

For years, I’ve fought against body objectification by culitvating a brilliant mind.

Unfortunately, we live in a socieity that doesn’t crave a curious, committed-to-learning mind as much as it lusts for a well-honed six pack.

Is it possible to have both?
